Gladstone Newsletter - April 2012

In this month's edition of the Gladstone newsletter we have news about our soon to be released Join@Home product which we have been demoing at our recent user group meetings. Join@Home allows your non-members to simply sign up for a membership online without having to go into the leisure centre. We are continually changing and updating our products so you might find that you are now not on the latest version. We have compiled a list of our current software version, have a look and see how this compares to what version you are using. Our new support portal is now live, this gives you the ability to add, track and edit your support calls. It's another way to quickly add non critical issues to your case log. The solution also has the flexibility to show you all outstanding support calls or just view by site. Don't forget we run a constant programme of webinars, with one taking place roughly every fortnight, each focused on a different area of Plus2 or module. Have a look at the programme, and don't forget they are completely free! We have news about switching your IBACS solution to Albany ePAY following IBACS not being supported next year. Find out how simple and cost effective it is to switch. Finally, our support tip this month looks at the batch postings module which you can use to tidy up your database from old unwanted unpaid sales. I'm delighted to introduce two new members of the customer facing team, Ian McGregor will be Regional Sales Manager for the North of England, whilst Regional Sales Manager Kenny Campbell will look after sales and account management for Scotland and Ireland. I know they will both be trying to meet as many customers in their regions as possible over the coming weeks and months. In this months newsletter we have a great case study from Huntingdonshire District Council who have been seeing some fantastic sucesses with Connect for online bookings and also their self service kiosks. Over 1,000 customers use the kiosks for around 1,500 bookings every single month – and that’s just at one site, whilst since introducing Connect over 60% of class payments are now made online. We have details about our Learn2 introductory offer which is coming to an end on the 30th March, so if you want to make your whole swim school process a whole lot easier please do have a look below. We also have this year's customer satisfaction survey for you to complete, it will only take a few minutes of your time and it really does help us to improve our service to you so I urge all of you to complete it. We find out what they think of our new swim school management software, Learn2, which they have recently implemented. To promote the fact that our latest version of Connect is now available for you to play with online, there is a discount offer on Connect licences. We also review this year's user group meetings, 21 took place and these were attended by over 300 people. And finally, you don't need me to remind you that Christmas is fast approaching.
